Silent Conversation by Yannis Yiasaris

Photography is a silent art (if it is art). It has no sound. However, some people experience a range of sensations when looking at photographs - even smells. Through his work, Yannis Yiasaris presents a collection of images that create a paradox known as a "silent conversation." An oxymoron. The symbols depicted in these photographs communicate with each other as well as with the viewers. And Yannis has a talent for noticing these silent conversations everywhere around him.

Photography has the power to capture the unimaginable and preserve it for eternity. – B.H.
