This should be required reading in all Oklahoma public high schools, and not that re-heated cowshit mandated by Ryan Walters, the charlatan state school superintendent.
The analogy of America being severely maimed by a reckless carload of morally degenerate fascists who, instead of helping the victim, only linger long enough to strip the body clean seems apt.
Stephen Miller’s end run of suspending habeas corpus instead of a raw declaration of martial law is not going to fool anyone except the self-lobotomized Trump cultists. Too often mentally challenged Americans confuse the terms martial and marital. Two generations of social promotion K-8 has succeeded wildly in the dumbing down of America.
Nonetheless, I expect martial law in America before Memorial Day. This is about two weeks away. The guardrails have nearly been stripped from the U.S. Constitution, with the other two branches of the government sublimated to the point of being willfully complicit actors in the death of the Republic.

A major source of my dismay with witnessing the fall of the American Empire is the moral paralysis that has taken hold of national politicians of every stripe.
Examples of past collapses of empires and epochs abound in history – especially The Third Reich in Germany, and yet it seems as if our entire country is the unblinking deer in the headlights.
Everyone is complicit in this madness, giving life to Hannah Arendt’s The Banality of Evil – from her report on Eichmann’s 1962 trial in Jerusalem.
Arendt did not consider Eichmann inherently sociopathic; more alarmingly, she found him even more hideous for deflecting moral responsibility and simply being a follower. The sheep syndrome, I suppose.
There are no leaders in America.
From the Judicial Branch – certainly not John Roberts.
From the Legislative Branch – no one in the House of Representatives, except Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
And no one in the Senate, except Bernie Sanders.

The Banality of Evil and unquestioning compliance in action: Kennedy was re-elected to the U.S. Senate seven more times by the voters of Massachusetts.
When that fat fuck croaked on August 25, 2009, he was still a U.S. Senator.
Mary Jo Kopechne was unable to vote for any of Kennedy’s re-elections because of her superior blowjob skills.
And then, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. – the Poster Boy for why Legacy Admissions is just Affirmative Action for the Patrician Class.
The future heroin addict, shark head driver and vaccine denier graduated from Harvard with a BA in American history and literature. The esteemed university should rescind his degree – yet this applies to V.D. Vance and so many others. Let’s face it, the Harvard brand has been in decline for decades.
