Paris 4 - Sep 19
My fourth day in Paris was a rest day, but on the fifth, Sep 19 - my 62nd birthday, I took the metro to Montparnasse and walked zig zag but mainly north ending up in Montmartre. On the way I passed the Louvre museum among many other places. The weather was very nice and warm with blue skies.
On this day I worked on my composition skills, mainly to try and find something to put in the foreground to create more depth in the photos. Of course, not all the shots here are like that, and I did struggle to find a few places where the foreground actually made a lot of sense, not just something - anything as an exercise.
A six hour walk in total. Celebrated my birthday with both lunch and dinner in restaurants.
