When I'm on my travels, I sometimes blog
On Wednesday, November 5th, I started the day by going to the Tokyo Photographic Art Museum. They had three floors of exhibitions open. In the basement was the one that was most interesting to me. Maybe because of the presentation, the films and photos were in lightboxes and the room was almost entirely dark. The Portuguese filmmaker Pedro Costa was the artist, and his exhibition, Innervisions, was inspired by the Stevie Wonder album. The two top floors featured works by about 10 Japanese photographers.
After the museum, I thought I would try some 5th Avenue-style street in Ginza, among the posh shops. Did that for about an hour before walking to the Tsukiji fish market. When I got there, most stalls were packing up. Next time I will go there in the morning.
Be well, guys!
