When I'm on my travels, I sometimes blog
On Friday, Sep 5, I did my duty at the hotel gym after breakfast. A small fruitarian lunch and some rest made me ready for some shooting time!
I had planned to take the metro line B close to Trastevere, but when I got down there, the B line was sealed off. No trains... I've come up with a new plan: take the A line and then switch to a bus. As it turned out, taking a bus from Termini would have been much quicker. But all these unplanned detours will take you to new and maybe interesting places. Maybe not so much this time... :-)
Had an early dinner of some Neapolitan fried snacks and a wonderful rigatoni all'amatriciana. Then I was ready for a Friday night in Trastevere, full of people having a good time!
After a few hours, I walked half the way back to the hotel before catching a bus for the rest of the way.
