„Inside-Insights“ by Jörg Schneider

I've a project called „Inside-Insights“ dealing with the interior of cars reflecting the owners ’s attitudes and their relationship to their cars. Hope you like it!

Culture is a broad concept that involves the values and behaviours of individuals in a society. The culture around cars is one of the many aspects of culture. However, this does not refer to the car cult that involves the hype around brands and tuning.

Instead, it refers only to the appearance of the car's interior. Some car interiors are clean and simple, while others are more playful and colourful. For some car owners, their vehicle is simply a tool for transportation, resulting in a cluttered and messy interior.

From a cultural perspective, it would be worthwhile for a street photographer to explore the sensitivities and values of car owners by examining their car interiors.
