People from Wilson by Andrea Ratto

Last October I had the opportunity to spend a full and intense month in Wilson, a small town in North Carolina in the United States, thanks to the Eyes on Main Street photographer residency program and Jerome De Perlinghi.

An experience that has brought me closer to the reality of the people who live there.

This small selection of images portrays the daily life that represents the small world that is Wilson.

I could say many things but I prefer images to convey to you the very different sensations and emotions that I have experienced there.

I think it will take me a long time to assimilate everything I experienced there and have the portfolio I bring back with me organically organized.
